1、 Product Overview
The AI series multi-channel PID large-sized touch operation recording intelligent temperature controller/regulator is a ultra-thin instrument developed on the basis of inheriting multiple classic technologies of Yudian, which integrates measurement, display, control, alarm, recording and other functions. It can support direct input of four circuit signals. There are three sizes available: 5 inches, 7 inches, and 9 inches, with 2 or 4 options for each size. The thickness of 9 inches is only 38mm, so it has low installation space requirements and can be easily installed on the operation panels of various devices. New industrial grade touch screen operation, with main parameter settings easily completed in one interface, and all setting menus are in Chinese. Customers can also monitor and operate through mobile devices such as smartphones, tablets, etc.
2、 Functional Features
1. Multiple specifications of thermocouples such as K, S, E, J, B, N, T, WRe5-WRe26, or Pt100 two-wire signals can be directly input with a measurement accuracy of 0.2 level. The PID control outputs SSR voltage. It can support four loops, and the input and output of each PID control are independent of each other.
2. Each input circuit has digital filtering function, and the filtering strength can be independently adjusted or cancelled.
3. Advanced AI artificial intelligence PID regulation with self-tuning and adaptive functions, ensuring precise and stable control. SSR voltage output, with an adjustable control cycle of 0.48 to 5 seconds.
4. By using high-performance components, temperature drift is greatly reduced and mutual interference between channels is minimized, resulting in multi-channel measurement reaching a level of accuracy and anti-interference performance comparable to single channel measurement instruments.
5. Fever level design, low power consumption of the whole machine, providing a quality warranty period of up to 36 months; Dual CPU processing mode, with one ARM chip used for processing graphical human-machine interface and data recording functions; Independent microcontroller CPU is used to ensure real-time control and sampling, meeting strict industrial site requirements; Pass the 4KV group pulse anti-interference test.
6. The instrument comes with a data recording function, which can display real-time trends, light bars, and historical trends, and provide report form recording data and alarm recording functions. Has 150M of storage space. The stored data can not only be played back as curves and values on the instrument LCD screen, but also exported to a computer for further analysis and processing through a USB drive.
7. The instrument is equipped with a built-in web server and an Ethernet interface, which allows remote monitoring and operation of the instrument using a web browser through the Ethernet interface.
8. The instrument itself has 5 module sockets, and customers can install various analog and switch input and output modules to flexibly configure the functions of the instrument.
9. When the built-in module combination of the instrument cannot meet the customer's requirements, various models of Yudian temperature controller modules, switch I/O modules or PLCs can be connected through expansion ports, and up to dozens of measurement and control circuits can be integrated and configured.
10. It has P2P cloud functionality (without the need for a public IP address, it can penetrate internal network monitoring) and can be monitored and operated remotely through mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets.
